One thing the last couple of weeks has taught me is how weight loss and aesthetics pales into insignificance compared to health. At this point you probably can see where I am going with you but if not, then let me explain! 
I think this pandemic has highlighted things like needing to lose weight for aesthetic reasons is pretty trivial. I think everyone in the world right now would trade their beach body for the health and immunity of them and their loved ones. 

By all means, I am not saying that we shouldn’t care about how we look as this is a huge part of mental well being, however without your health you have nothing. Use this time to assess the reasons you actually got into the health and fitness game… you’re real reason why

This time, right now, is the perfect time to focus on just that; its a time to get fitter, to use our ‘free’ time to go for walks, bike rides, run etc to become healthier and to appreciate the smaller things in life instead of stressing about the smaller things. Appreciate what you have right now.
Keep that positive head on your shoulders, take one day at a time, and focus on being healthier and happier.
